Ian possesses extensive global brand ambassadorial experience and excels in distillery and blending operations management. He has created many worldwide award-winning products, including highly recognized Single Malts like Bunnahabhain, Tobermory, and Deanston. Ian provides guidance and advice on distillery start-up projects, design, refurbishment, cask procurement and maturation, QC of new make spirit and maturing whiskies, and NPD for new expressions of both Single Malt and Blended Whiskies.
