Tasting notes

NOSE:
Lovely sweet aromatic oak aroma with hints of warm fruit, freshly floral, soft caramel and vanilla ice cream.

PALATE:
Heather honey, barley sugar, toffee, orange peel and gingerbread; cinnamon and nutmeg with a touch of ginger.

FINISH:
Quite enticingly spicy with a grilled pineapple sweetness that gently fades into a memorable lingering finish.
